Entrusted to develop, launch, lead, and grow the real-world evidence division focusing upon registries, databases and observational studies in the APAC region as part of Kantars new global initiative. Successfully led sustainable P&L and EBITDA growth, surpassing the challenge to attain $500K in new RWE sales within the initial year. Managed the portfolio of Oncology RWE assets, including the design and analysis of observational and interventional studies in the APAC region. Planned and executed strategic initiatives driving business across a suite of services, including, real world insights, market access, health outcomes, pricing, reimbursement, and medical services.

  • Penetrated new markets and verticals, paving the way into new portfolios and a new business model offering customized, innovative offerings merging real world, qualitative, and quantitative insights. Connected with existing clients to identify opportunities to bridge gaps in offerings through registries, databases, and observational studies.
  • Successfully closed $1.6M in RWE revenue within the first year, exceeding the target at 320%. Expanded brand awareness in RWE products, capitalizing on a market shift from a volume-based to value-based approach.
  • Identified and seized the opportunity to monetize hospital databases, generating $600K in annual revenue.
  • Triggered rapid profitability and increased company visibility in the region by pioneering a revenue stream for publishing abstracts of collaboration projects with pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.
